Order Acceptance

Shortly after you have placed an order with us, an email containing the exact order details will be sent to you for order confirmation. If you receive the order confirmation email, it means that we accept your order and your ordered products are going to be shipped soon. You would also be timely informed once the items you ordered are unavailable.

Payment Method and Security


  1. We accept payment by all major credit cards and debit cards.
  2. Our Website will not store any of your payment information. Your payment will be authorized on a secured third party page.
  3. Please don’t send your payment information by email because we can not guarantee the security of your data under this circumstance.

Delivery Information

Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipment should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked by sending us emails under the same order number.


  1. Please note that www.africanmallus.com can not guarantee the specific shipping dates. It all depends on the products you order and the specific shipping destination.
  2. Once your order is dispatched, the corresponding tracking number will be emailed to you.
  3. www.africanmallus.com do not take liability if your ordered products get lost while delivery because of your incorrect shipping information provided.
  4. Processing : Orders usually can be shipped out within 1-5 days after your payment, it may take 5-7 days longer for factory to make supplement when products are out of stock.
  5. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
  6. Shipping time can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, Covid-19 or other causes.
  7. Deadlines are counted in working days.

  1. Please allow the little difference between the pictures and the items you received owning to the different perspectives and lighting of taking photos.

Order Canceling


  1. You should contact www.africanmallus.com within 24 hours since you place your order if you want to change or cancel your order because we will process and transfer your order to our warehouse / manufacturer as soon as possible.
  2. If the delivery has already been arranged, the customer should apply for return and refund after you receive the order.

Return and Refund

  1. You may return all products within 14 days (from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact, not be damaged. For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt. Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, gift card and accessories.
  2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking or confirmed with us first. Contact us by email before : contact@africanmallus.com
  3. Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided by mail. If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact our Customer Service department by email : contact@africanmallus.com
  4. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 48 hours with Paypal and 15-30 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.
  5. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by us.
